A two-way sort gate assembly for animals, the assembly including a single entry frame defining an entry opening, a first exit frame and a second exit frame, each defining an exit opening, each oriented at an angle relative to the single entry frame and spaced therefrom, a gate divider mounted pivotally relative to at least one of the first exit frame and second exit frame substantially, opposite the entry frame, the gate divider having a forward edge oriented towards the single entry frame wherein a user standing externally of the assembly can move the forward edge of the gate divider to selectively connect the entry frame with the first exit frame and the second exit frame. \A 6~W Figure 1 31 14 13 31 $O Figure 2
