Surf-able Artificial Reef Insertion - Clark Break
An artificial reef to protect shorelines from erosion by ensuring a wave is developed further off shore to reduce the force of the wave. The reef incorporates the use of recycled materials, such as; tyres and recycled concrete & aggregates, creates a marine habitat for a marine ecosystem to thrive off, recreational diving and recreational fishing. The shape of the reef alters the coastal shoreline depth to create a surf-able wave.
