Modular Bathroom Pod Overhead formwork structure
Build to enable a seamless installation within surrounding scope of works. The benefits are to eliminate the transition and adaption work/process from other trades i.e. Plumbers pipe positioning and formworkers Plumbing allocation and the formwork bridging over the Pods. Additional key feature is that the POD can be lifted/craned and dropped into position prior to the above slab and formwork process. It also eliminates the accuracy of surveying pipework mapping as the POD now has the plumbing already in place which governs the position.
