Abstract A panel securing system for securedly fastening at least one panel to a support structure, the panel securing system comprising the steps: fastening at least two top hats to a support structure; connecting a plurality of fixing members to a panel, comprising inserting a first portion of each fixing member into an edge of the panel; fastening the fixing members to the at least two top hats, comprising fastening a second portion of each fixing member to a top hat with a fastener; and adhering the panel to the at least two top hats.
