AN EMBOSSED STRUCTURE ON THE METAL SURFACE
The present disclosure provides an embossed structure on the metal surface, wherein the embossed structure is obtained by manual welding, laser cladding or plasma cladding on the surface of the metal. The embossed structure is formed by 5 at least one of the followings: straight embossed strips, rhombus embossed strips, curve embossed strips, embossed strips with the shape of Chinese character "A", or V-shaped embossed strips; and the height of the embossed structure is 1.5-2.5mm. Thus this present disclosure can improve the wear resistance of metal surface, and enhance the friction coefficient of the metal surface, and the embossed structures o provided in this present disclosure can decrease the running resistance, save the energy, especially can protect the easily-worn parts and prolong the service life of the machine.
