The present disclosure relates a manufacture method of fire-retardant laminate board and the structure thereof, including: selecting a transparent fire-retardant plastic such as PC as 5 a material of a body, and connecting a side or both sides of the body with at least one acrylic layer, with a thickness of each acrylic layer less than 20% of a total thickness; applying an agent on an outer surface of the acrylic layer combined with the body for surface hardening or anti-dust effect; combining a color layer to a side of the body opposite to the side connecting with the acrylic layer for the manufactured fire-retardant laminate board to show a 0 3-D structure thereof by the body made of the transparent material and the color of the color layer; and cutting the product into a predetermined shape at a construction place according to needs.
