ROADWAY JOINT FOR ROAD STRUCTURE
A roadway joint to connect two pavement sections (C1, C2) separated by a 5 groove (F) comprising two finger plates (10, 20) each comprising a series of teeth (11, 21), the teeth (11, 21) of one of the finger plates (10, 20) being interlocked with the teeth (21, 11) of the other finger plate (20, 10) to ensure the continuity of the upper surface (S) of the pavement when the pavement sections (C1, C2) move between a near position where the groove (F) is the narrowest io and a far position where the groove (F) is the widest.
