Screw-type rebar joint structure of deformed rebar and manufacturing method thereof
This screw-type rebar joint structure (101) comprises a pair of rebars (102, 102) and a cylinder-shape coupler (104) connecting said pair of rebars (102, 102). The rebars (102, 102) are deformed rebar having helical nodes (108) on the outer periphery of the round shaft-shape rebar main body (106). A cylindrical column section (114), from which the nodes (108) have been removed, is formed on the end of the rebar (102), and threading (112) is formed on the cylindrical column section (114). The hardness of the threading (112) is greater than that of the other parts of the rebar (102) or has a high tensile strength. The pair of rebars (102, 102) is connected by the screw cylinder-shape cylindrical coupler (104), which screws onto the threading (112, 112).
