The purpose of the present invention is to provide a concrete composition that has outstanding cost-effectiveness and environmental burden reduction, ensures material separation resistance and/or impact deformation resistance at a high level, and has outstanding workability. The present invention is a concrete composition comprising cement and ground fly ash formed by grinding fly ash raw powder, the ground fly ash being configured such that a fly ash paste that contains 50 parts by mass of water relative to 100 parts by mass of the ground fly ash has a JA funnel flow down time in the range of 17–27 seconds.
