The connector includes a first component configured for connection to the ground engaging device and a second component configured for connection to the relocatable structure. The first and second components are connected to one another by a joint that permits angular adjustment between the first and second mounting components. The joint comprises a plate held between two convex surfaces. In one form, the second component comprises a twist lock configured for connecting to a casting of the relocatable structure.
