In one aspect of the invention there is provided a water handling apparatus or standpipe that is movable between a folded arrangement and an expanded arrangement. The first pipe member being positionable in a generally upright 5 position and the second pipe member being positionable in a generally horizonal position, wherein an outlet of the second pipe member is positionable over a water tanker to transfer water thereinto.
