CLOSURE FRAMING SYSTEM
Abstract The present invention discloses a closure assembly for closing an opening in a building defining a sealed outer surface, the closure assembly comprising a frame with an inward face and an outward face and a perimetric sealing formation configured for sealing engagement on and with the sealed outer surface of the building around the perimeter of the opening, a sash supported by the frame at a depth in the frame outside the outward face of sealing formation away from the sealed outer surface, such that, when installed in the building in use, the sash is located completely external to the opening of the building.
