In order to achieve, with higher precision and reliability, a retaining effect as well as a rattling prevention effect in the axial direction on a shaft member (6), the present invention has a shaft receiving member (2) provided with a shaft hole (12), and the shaft member (6) that passes through the shaft hole (12). A reduction molding section (15) that is recessed radially inward is provided in the axial direction on a shaft outer surface of the shaft member (6), and engagement bulging sections (16) that bulge radially outward from the shaft member (6) are provided at positions that intersect the reduction molding section (15) in the recess depth direction on the shaft outer surface of the shaft member (6). The engagement bulging sections (16) are engaged with opening edge sections of the shaft hole (12), and the reduction molding section (15) is provided with a slope that becomes relatively deeper at a position spaced away in the axial direction from the shaft hole (12) and that becomes relatively and correspondingly shallower closer to the shaft hole (12).
