Rail grinding machine for grinding rails of a track
The invention relates to a rail grinding machine (1) for grinding rails (2) of a track, which comprises a machine frame (3), on which guide rollers (4) for manual movement of the rail grinding machine (1) are mounted in a longitudinal direction (x). By means of a transverse slide (11), which is mounted on the machine frame (3), a grinding unit (32) can be moved in a transverse direction (y). The transverse slide (11) comprises a closed transverse slide frame (13), which ranges in the longitudinal direction (x) and the transverse direction (y). The closed transverse slide frame (13) enables a simple and stable structure of the rail grinding machine (1) and flexible adjustability of the grinding unit (32).
