Prefabricated high-strength and high-efficiency thermal insulation composite external wall panel
Abstract of Instruction This invention publicizes a prefabricated high-strength and high-efficiency thermal insulation composite external wall panel and its preparation method. This composite external wall panel has a steel skeleton box structure, a concrete layer and an insulation layer; the concrete layer coated on the skeleton box forms a rectangular shape box and the insulation layer fills the interior of the box; the skeleton box is a frame in rectangular shape, each surface of the rectangular frame is a mesh, and the concrete layer is coated on each mesh surface. To manufacture composite external wall panel, concrete, which has higher strength and service life than the insulation material, is used to make the exterior of the box, with insulation material inside the box. When an external force acts on the composite wall panel, it will not impact on the insulation material, and hence improving the service life of this composite wall panel; since the concrete is coated on a mesh surface, the structure will reinforce the strength of the concrete layer, and therefore reinforce the strength of the whole composite external wall panel to make it safe to be used in high-rise buildings.
