The water inlet 5 pipe is provided with a water valve, and a mount seat is arranged at a side of the water valve. A swing arm is mounted on the mount seat. A pressing ball is mounted on the swing arm. A mounting sleeve is mounted on an outer periphery of the main pipe. A mounting plate is mounted on the mounting sleeve. A hand sanitizer container is installed on the mounting plate. A liquid chamber is arranged in the hand sanitizer container. A 10 feeding tube is arranged on one side of the hand sanitizer container, and the feeding tube is connected with the liquid chamber, and an outlet branch pipe is connected with the hand sanitizer container. The outlet branch pipe is provided with an outlet elbow, the outlet elbow is provided with a liquid outlet, and a pressing plate is arranged in the liquid chamber, and the pressing plate is mounted with a thrust shaft outside the hand sanitizer 15 container, and the thrust shaft is provided with a support plate.
