A building frame comprising a top horizontal plate(10), a bottom horizontal plate (12), a first end vertical stud (14) and a second end vertical stud (16), a plurality of vertical studs (18, 20, 22) being positioned between the first end vertical stud (14) and the second end vertical stud (16), the plurality of vertical studs (18, 20, 22) being spaced from each other and extending from the top horizontal plate (10) to the bottom horizontal plate (12), at least one metal strip (28, 30) extending from the first end vertical stud (14) to the second end vertical stud (16), the at least one metal strip (28, 30) being connected to the first end vertical stud (14), the second end vertical stud (16) and each of the plurality of vertical studs therebetween (18, 20, 22).
