A tooth adaptor 40, for holding a tooth 20 with respect to a bucket body 10 by being partially inserted into a recess 22 formed in the tooth 20, is provided with: a connection part 42 including a base end 44 which is the end of a side connected to the bucket body 10; and an insertion part 43 including a tip 45 which is the end of a side inserted into the recess 22. The insertion part 43 includes a base 48 and a high-hardness portion 49 that is formed in a region including the surface of the insertion part 43 and that is higher in hardness than the base 48.
