Micro rebar having basalt fiber-wrapped structural steel fiber core column
A micro rebar having a basalt fiber-wrapped structural steel fiber core column, comprising a core column, a fiber wrapping layer, and a bonding and impregnating layer; the core column is a structural steel fiber, and the fiber has a length of 30-60 mm, a diameter of 0.5-0.9 mm, and an aspect ratio of not less than 50; the fiber wrapping layer is formed by spirally wrapping a continuous basalt fiber around the surface of the structural steel fiber; and the core column wrapped with the fiber wrapping layer is impregnated and bonded with a bonding and impregnating agent to form a bonding and impregnating layer, and is dried and hardened to obtain a micro rebar. The core column of the micro rebar has high stiffness and good mechanical properties, avoiding agglomeration when the micro rebar is stirred with concrete. The surface indentations improve the bond strength between the core column and the basalt fiber, ensuring the overall mechanical performance of the micro rebar in a concrete matrix. The treatment of wrapping of the basalt fiber can solve the problem of corrosion of the steel fiber, improving durability of concrete.
