The construction surface material 10 with markings has marking columns made by providing a plurality of character string groups in cycles, wherein a single character string group is formed by arranging a plurality of markings in a determined order at a set constant first spacing on the wide surface of the construction surface material, which has a rectangular shape in plan view, along at least one straight line parallel to a first side 11 or a second side 12 of the rectangle.
