AN ELECTRICALLY INSULATING COVER ASSEMBLY
An electrically insulating cover assembly for covering an electrically conductive spigot used for pool fencing, the spigot comprising a base with spaced apart arms extending upwardly therefrom, the spaced apart arms being structured to receive a fencing panel there-between, the cover comprising: one or more electrically insulating members disposed over the entire exposed surface of the arms and the base wherein said insulating members are operable to provide said spigot with a reduced likelihood of thermal and electrical burns and electrocution upon contact compared to direct contact with the spigot.
