Abstract + There are many tragic events accrued and are accruing presently in the fire seasons in Australia and happens repeatedly years after years. Presently this weather pending phenomenon cannot be avoided. Also criminal activities : arson , vandalism is part of life , causing 100 of millions of dollars damages within the years. + Modern technology are existing already to reduce death and property damage substantially with "Petal" Prefabricated buildings. **The Petal system are using two types of concrete. High strength reinforced concrete for the ground covered part and special light weight aerated concrete above ground . **There are a few types of aerated concrete can be find on the market. They have the properties of high strength and more than 3 hours fire resistance. + There's a new basalt based reinforcing material on the market what is make possible to manufacture a perfect fireproof concrete for prefabricated building panels. + Here the presented Petal design using 7 electric motors. These motors can use electricity from the grid and from solar generated energy from on site batteries. In emergency situation won't be a problem to operates the motored wheels. + The new generation of lightweight electric motors make it possible to build them into a mechanical wheel's centre. Therefore they take compact space and easier to hide them in a concrete structure. That way this delicate instrument will be protected from external damages. + The Petal style building has structurally two components: the first one is the rigid firmly fixed structure, the second one the 7 mobile, rolling panels. + The rolling or circularly sliding panels mobilized when it's an emergency situation or simply evenings, lock out sun or lock the building when it's unattended. **The prefabrication make it possible with additional design input to erect the building for a certain time period.
