Abstract: An easy to assemble and disassemble portable decking and flooring system comprising: a plurality of decking panels configured to connect to each other, wherein no tools are required to assemble and disassemble the plurality of decking panels, each of the plurality of decking panels comprises a top frame and a base frame, wherein the base frame comprising: an interlocking module comprising at least two giving ends and at least two receiving ends configured to connect two or more decking panels of the plurality of decking panels, wherein each of the at least two giving ends comprises a slider including a base plate and a top plate, the slider comprises an interlocking sliding mechanism, further wherein each of the at least two receiving ends comprises a first hole configured to receive a giving end of another decking panel; and a plurality of adjustable legs for providing support to the decking panel, each of the plurality of adjustable legs is configured to be self-levelling, wherein each of the plurality of adjustable legs comprises a cross bar with a nut welded into a centre of the cross bar, the cross bar further comprises a plate connected to a threaded rod configured to go through the nut for adjusting a height of the decking panel.
