RAW MATERIAL FOR PREPARING POROUS CERAMIC MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD OF POROUS CERAMIC MATERIAL
The present invention discloses a raw material for preparing a porous ceramic material and a preparation method of the porous ceramic material. The raw material consists of the following components: desert sand, sintering aid, reinforcing phase powder, water glass and water. The porous ceramic material is prepared by the following steps: screening and grading the desert sand; weighing the desert sand, sintering aid, reinforcing phase powder and water glass; subjecting the sintering aid and reinforcing phase powder to ball-milling together, and adding water during the ball-milling; adding the desert sand to the slurry obtained from the ball-milling, then adding water glass, and subjecting the resulting mixture to blending in a blender, and then to incubation for dehydration; subjecting the dehydrated raw material to press-forming on a pressing machine, and then hardening the formed green body by heating; and subjecting the green body to sintering at high temperature to obtain a porous ceramic material. The obtained porous ceramic material has a stable structure, high porosity and high strength, and can be applied to many fields, such as diffusion and dehumidification, liquid-solid separation, water and gas permeation, and biological fermentation.

The obtained porous ceramic material has a stable structure, high porosity and high strength, and can be applied to many fields, such as diffusion and dehumidification, liquid-solid separation, water and gas permeation, and biological fermentation.
