Retractable awning assembly
The invention provides a retractable awning assembly for a vehicle, especially a recreational vehicle. The retractable awning assembly including a roller assembly (16) mounted for rotation around a roller tube (14). A flexible awning material is rotatably wrapped around the roller assembly. A first mounting cap (20) and a second mounting cap is provided for mounting the roller tube with respect to the vehicle, the distance between the first and second mounting caps defining an installed width. The first mounting cap is engageable with a first end the roller tube at two or more mounting locations such that the roller tube is mountable between two or more installed widths.
