ARTIFICIAL CORE PREPARATION METHOD FOR ROCK DRILLABILITY TEST
The invention relates to an artificial core preparation method for rock drillability test. The method for preparing artificial cores for rock drillability testing:I. Preparation of cement and minerals. According to the weight fraction, 8.5 ~ 9 parts of rock forming mineral assemblage and 0.5 ~ 1.5 parts of cement are weighed, which are of drillability grade and well equipped.Place the rock forming mineral assemblage and the cement in a container, and add 0.05 part of water to stir evenly; II. Preparation of the model: the rockforming minerals and the cement are evenly loaded into the mold, and compacted the mixturewith a pressure plate; III. Place the filled mold on the pressure testing machine, and then slowly increase the pressure to 10 to 80 atmospheres, stabilize the pressure for 20 minutes, and release the pressure; Put the pressed core into an oven, solidify at a constant temperature of 90°C for 6-8 hours, and cool it naturally to obtain an artificial core with a certain drillability level. The core prepared by the invention has good similarity with the natural core in terms of physical and mechanicalproperties. By adjusting the content, proportion, particle size, cement content and pressingpressure of the constituent minerals, the artificial core with different drillability grade can be prepared.
