Low-cost Brick: Environment-Friendly Low-Cost Multi Color Brick
Our invention "Low-cost Brick" is a technical field of building materials and in particular relates to a low-cost environment-friendly building material and a preparation process thereof and also the preparation process comprises the following steps: respectively putting 35-47% of flyash, 10-27% of polypropyl ethylene, 24-33% of waste recycled plastics and 20-29% of synthetic resin into a grinder to be ground. The invented technology also includes a fully stirring and mixing the obtained ground materials in proportion heating the mixed materials at 300-357 0 carrying out extrusion forming on the mixed materials with an extruding machine and putting and cooling the formed product to the room temperature after setting thus obtaining the building material. The Low-cost Brick environment-friendly building material has the beneficial effects that the building material is produced by using the flyash, the polypropyl ethylene and the waste recycled plastics as raw materials; the raw materials are wide in sources and are industrial production and domestic wastes, so that the wastes can be turned into wealth and white pollution is reduced, thus being beneficial to environmental protection. The invented technology also the building material is low in production cost and simple in process is easy to achieve and convenient for construction and can replace or partially replace the building materials such as bricks, sand and cement. The Low-cost Brick also provides an environment-friendly brick which is capable of using various rubbishes to building and ground paving and the various rubbishes are processed and crushed, extrusion-formed by a brick machine, and mixed with cement, or burnt with proper amount of soil or coal slag to form the environment-friendly brick.
