The invention relates to an extruder head (1) for extruding a strand (ST) of construction material (BS) for 3D printing a structure part (BWT), wherein the extruder head (1) comprises: an extruder nozzle (5) wherein the extruder nozzle (5) has an outlet opening (2) for discharging the strand (ST) of construction material (BS) out of the extruder head (1) in an outlet direction (x); at least one specification element (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b), wherein the at least one specification element (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b) is variably adjustably designed for variably adjustably specifying at least one part (4A, 4I) of a strand cross-section (4) of the exiting strand (ST) of construction material (BS); and at least one adjusting device (213, 217a, 217b, 218a, 218b), wherein the at least one adjusting device (213, 217a, 217b, 218a, 218b) is designed for variably adjusting the at least one specification element (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b), as well as being designed and arranged in such a way that, at the maximum opening height (HO), the maximum extension of the extruder head (1) below the outlet opening (2) in a first extension direction (-z) that is different from the outlet direction (x) is to the maximum opening height (HO) and/or at the maximum opening width (BO), the maximum extension of the extruder head laterally to the outlet opening (2) in at least one second extension direction (-y, y) that is different from the outlet direction (x) is the maximum opening width (BO).
