Disclosed are in the present invention a hinge assembly having a decorative sheet and a refrigerator having the hinge assembly. The hinge assembly comprises a first hinge member and a second hinge member that are matched with each other, and a decorative sheet; the decorative sheet is provided between the first hinge member and the second hinge member, and is detachably matched with the first hinge member. The decorative sheet of the present invention can protect the first hinge member, and facilitate replacing the hinge assembly.
