[Problem] To provide: a wall material which is well-suited to achieving a high level of waterproofness in a wall material-equipped structure; and a wall material-equipped structure. [Solution] The wall material X of the present invention has a surface-side joining part 10 and a rear-side joining part 20. A first resin film 31 is provided to an end surface 11a of the surface-side joining part 10 and/or an end surface 21 of the rear-side joining part 20, and a second resin film 32 is provided to an extending surface 11b and/or an extending surface 22b. When the surface-side joining part 10 of one wall material X and the rear-side joining part 20 of another wall material X are joined to one another in a first direction D1, the end surfaces 11a, 21 and the first resin film 31 are positioned in a manner such that the end surfaces 11a, 21 face one another at the joining site while the the first resin film 31 at least fills the interval between said end surfaces 11a, 21, and the extending surfaces 11b, 22b and the second resin film 32 are positioned in a manner such that the extending surfaces 11b, 22b face one another at the joining site while the second resin film 32 at least fills the interval between the extending surfaces 11b, 22b. The wall material-equipped structure Y of the present invention is obtained by using such a wall material X.

The wall material-equipped structure Y of the present invention is obtained by using such a wall material X.
