HEAT-INSULATING AND CORROSION-RESISTANT TITANIUM-TIN METAL COATING, COLOR STEEL PLATE CONTAINING SAME AND THEIR PREPARATION METHODS
Disclosed are a heat-insulating and corrosion-resistant titanium-tin metal coating, a color steel plate containing the same and their preparation methods. The heat-insulating and corrosion-resistant titanium-tin metal coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of active amino resin, 30-50 parts of active epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of dispersant, 1-3 parts of a wetting agent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, and 30-35 parts of water; the active amino resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of amino resin, 5-8 parts of stannous octoate, and 8-12 parts of petroleum ether; the active epoxy resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of epoxy resin, 4-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, and 12-15 parts of propylene oxide butyl ether. The titanium-tin metal coating has good hiding effect, firm paint film, and excellent heat insulation and corrosion resistance. The titanium-tin metal coating has a simple preparation process, is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and does not cause three wastes.
