The present disclosure provides a prefabricated building quality management system and a management method thereof. According to the present disclosure, a management center server is used for digitalized and unified management of building component prefabrication and joint assembly, component RFID and joint RFID are used for permanently storing building component prefabrication information and joint placing information on the building, and a branch management mode is adopted for the component RFID and the joint RFID so as to solve the difficulty of unified management arising from different building component prefabrication manufacturers and joint assembly construction organizations. According to the present disclosure, building component information or joint placing information may be quickly inquired in various links such as prefabrication, assembly, supervision, maintenance, and problem accountability, so as to avoid the troubles of data inconsistency and repeated checking in the process of component prefabrication and joint assembly, which effectively improve the quality management efficiency of the prefabricated building, and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
