PREPARATION METHOD OF NEODYMIUM-DOPED YTTRIUM IRON GARNET-BASED CERAMIC IMMOBILIZED MATRICES
The present disclosure provides a preparation method of neodymium-doped yttrium iron garnet-based ceramic immobilized matrices, comprising: Dried hematite, Y 203 and Nd203 5 powders are mixed in a ratio of Fe203:Y203: Nd203=5:3-x:x according to the chemical formula of a neodymium-doped yttrium iron garnet (Y3.xNdxFe 5Oi2, x=0.1-2.0) to obtain a mixed powder; the mixed powder is mixed with an eutectic salt in a given mass ratio; the mixture is ground by adding an appropriate amount of ethanol to obtain a precursor; the precursor is placed in a dryer for drying; the dried precursor is heated in an atmosphere furnace to J 900-1100°C, sintered for 3 hours, and cooled to room temperature to obtain ceramic powders. The preparation method of a neodymium-doped yttrium iron garnet-based ceramic powders has a low synthesis temperature and a high synthesis rate.
