Abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, and more particularly to a portable tent. The portable tent includes a flexible shell, wherein the flexible shell includes an opening and a vertical section disposed opposite to the opening; a rear face of the vertical section is connected to N rear plates, N>1 and being a natural number; the rear plates are provided with a connecting structure for fixing to a vehicle body fixing frame; a front face of the vertical section is provided with M tarpaulin clamping plates for connecting a tarpaulin assembly, and l< N; two tarpaulin clamping plates are respectively fixedly connected to two rear plates; one end of a tarpaulin of the tarpaulin assembly is provided with a clamping member connected to the tarpaulin clamping plate, and the other end of the tarpaulin is provided with a connecting hole and is connected to a support bar via the connecting hole. The present invention combines the flexible shell with a plurality of rear plates, such that the tent can be entirely folded; furthermore, the flexible shell can accommodate the tarpaulin, thus having a simple overall structure, and facilitating management.
