METHOD FOR PREPARING INORGANIC CESIUM LEAD HALIDE PEROVSKITE FILM AND SOLAR CELL PREPARED THEREFROM
The present disclosure relates to the field of technology of preparing photovoltaic devices, and in particular to a method for preparing and recovering an inorganic cesium lead halide-based perovskite magnetron sputtering target material and growing a film. The inorganic perovskite film prepared by conventional solution method is uneven and porous due to difficult controlling of excessively fast liquid-phase reaction, thus affecting the quality and performance of the film. The present disclosure designs a method for preparing and recovering an inorganic perovskite magnetron sputtering target material, and uses the target material to sputter and grow a film on a substrate. The method makes it possible to overcome the shortcoming of the porous film grown by the solution method, and an inorganic perovskite film with an uniform distribution, a compact morphology, a low defect density, and a high phase purity could be obtained by this method. The optimized performance and stable technology for film provide a new idea for the commercial production and use of perovskite films.
