A self-compacting concrete with recycled coarse aggregates, the SCC comprising: cement having a specific gravity of 3.15; fine aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60; recycled coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.84, wherein the recycled coarse aggregates may be unprocessed as well as processed; and fly ash as a mineral admixture, wherein the fly ash has a specific gravity of 2.25.
