GRILLE ASSEMBLING MACHINE
A grille assembling machine is provided and belongs to the technical field of grilles. The grille assembling machine comprises: an inner pin fixing device, configured to fix a plurality of inner pins required by a grille, the plurality of inner pins being arranged in a row and spaced apart along a first horizontal direction; a plate conveying device, configured to convey a plate from a loading position to an unloading position along a second direction; a plate clamping and moving device, configured to clamp and move the plate from the unloading position of the plate conveying device to a splicing position above the internal and to install the plate from the splicing position to the inner pin and clamp and move the plate to a glued position on the inner pin; a pin sleeve conveying device, configured to convey a pin sleeve to a pin sleeve loading device; the pin sleeve loading device, configured to install the pin sleeve to the inner pin from the splicing position above the inner pin; and a gluing device, configured to apply glue to the pin sleeve and the plate installed at the glued position on the inner pin, the gluing device being able to move along an axial direction of the inner pin. The grille assembling machine provided by the present invention is easy to operate, high in assembly efficiency, low in production cost, and reliable in product quality.
