Rubber Concrete Material
Disclosed is a rubber concrete material with a dense structure, comprising the following materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of stone, 2-5 parts of Chemlok adhesive, and 15-45 parts of rubber compound particles. The stone, the Chemlok adhesive and the rubber compound particles are uniformly mixed, mold pressed at a temperature of 140-180 °C and a pressure of 8-18 MPa, vulcanized and molded. The rubber compound can be an EPDM rubber compound or a butyl rubber compound. The rubber concrete material with a dense structure is prepared based on the property that the rubber compound particles can sufficiently flow between the stone gaps. The material of the present invention has the excellent water impermeability, buffering and shock absorption performance, noise reduction, no cracking at low temperature, no flowing at high temperature, and the like. Figure 1: Rubber concrete section obtained in Example 1
