A method for constructing a dwelling, the method comprising: manufacturing two or more dwelling sections, wherein each dwelling section is configured to be connected to an adjacent dwelling section and wherein each dwelling section comprises a frame portion configured to form at least a portion of a subfloor of the dwelling; providing one or more lifting beams in association with the frame portion of at least one of the two or more dwelling sections, wherein the one or more lifting beams form a structural portion of the frame portion; and providing one or more connection portions in a lower region of the frame portion of each of the two or more dwelling sections, wherein each of the connection portion is configured to connect with a connection portion in the frame portion of an adjacent dwelling section, and wherein the connection portions are fastened together from an upper region of the frame portion. 118 _112 116e oFiur 10
