The invention is a Solar Shutters Modular Unit. The modular unit comprises a rectangular supporting framework, and any number of Solar Shutter Blades into which a photovoltaic solar panel is affixed to the top upwardly facing side of the Solar Shutter Blades, engaged in parallel within the framework. The underside of the Solar Shutter Blades integrates LED Lights. The Solar Shutter Blades contain a Rotating Geared End Bearing at one end of the blade, and a Rotating Electrical Cable Bearing at the other end of the blade. The electrical wiring and electrical connections interfacing each Solar Shutter Blade are integrated into the side supporting framework, allowing each Solar Shutters Blade to rotate through an operative range and electrically connecting each Solar Shutter Blade to electronics held within the side supporting framework. The Solar Shutters Modular Unit supporting Side Frames contain micro-electronics including a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is electrically connected to the photovoltaic solar panel affixed onto the top surface area of the Solar Shutter Blades. The charging of the photovoltaic solar panels during the daylight enables the stored solar energy to return back and illuminate the LED Lights attached to the underside of the Solar Shutters Blades from the rechargeable lithium-ion battery within the supporting Side Frame. ilk
