A wear-resistant component (1) comprises: a base part (10) that is made of metal; and a framework part (20) that is embedded in the base part (10) and that has a higher hardness than the base part (10). The framework part (20): has a 3D lattice-shaped structure formed of a plurality of rod members 31; and has a shape that follows at least a portion of the shape of the surfaces (11-18, 10C) of the base part (10).
