The present invention relates to a Roman shade-type curtain which is unfolded or folded upward in a stepwise manner like laces to improve a mood created by a curtain and an interior decoration of a house. The present invention implements a novel Roman shade-type curtain which adopts a combination of a rod and a ring as a means for holding middle portions of the curtain at intervals to be creased, so that the curtain can be easily folded or unfolded in a stepwise manner. Therefore, the present invention provides a Roman shade-type curtain which has a simple structure, can be easily manufactured, and can not only secure excellent durability, but also improve the appearance of the curtain since a rod, a ring, etc. as well as a rope for operating the curtain are disposed on the rear surface of the curtain.
