A rooftop tent fixing device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: clamp bodies provided in a pair; fixing brackets provided on upper portions of the clamp bodies and configured to detachably connect a fixing 5 frame provided on a bottom surface of a rooftop tent and the clamp bodies, the fixing brackets having fastening holes; fastening members inserted and fastened into the fastening holes and having through-holes; a fastening rod inserted into the through-holes to connect the clamp bodies; and a locking member detachably coupled to one of the clamp bodies and configured to prevent removal of the 10 fastening rod when coupled to one of the clamp bodies.
