This work vehicle specification change system is provided with: an information input unit 50a for accepting a specification change request that is for changing the specification of an on-vehicle device VD of a work vehicle WV, that is in a free text format, and that is sent from a manipulation device MD on which an input operation is performed by a user who drives the work vehicle WV; a specification update information generation unit 52 for generating specification update information on the basis of the specification change request in the free text format; and an information output unit 50b for delivering the specification update information to the work vehicle WV.
