Inorganic plate manufacturing method and inorganic plate
In order to provide an inorganic plate suitable for achieving high water resistance and a manufacturing method therefor, the manufacturing method according to the present invention includes first through sixth steps. In the first step, a first layer L1 is formed by depositing a raw material on a receiving plate B1. In the second step, one end section (a first portion Ma) and another end section (a second portion Mb) in a first direction D1 of a raw material mat M including the first layer L1 are compressed by being pressed toward the receiving plate B1. In the third step, a second layer L2 is formed on the first layer L1 by depositing the raw material. In the fourth layer, an exposed surface of the second layer L2 is flattened. In the fifth step, the raw material mat M is cured while being compressed between the receiving plate B1 and a pressing plate B2, forming a cured plate M' from the raw material mat M. In the sixth step, a first reverse side joining section P1 is formed by processing the first portion Ma and a first front side joining section P2 is formed by processing the second portion Mb. An inorganic plate X1 of the present invention is provided with the first reverse side joining section P1 and the first front side joining section P2, which are high in density.
