ANCHOR SUPPORT TOOL AND FORM SET FOR FOUNDATION
This anchor support tool (20) supports an anchor provided in a foundation, the anchor support tool comprising: a support plate (30) having at least one support part for supporting an anchor; a spacer (31) for positioning the support plate (30) with respect to a form of the foundation in the height direction; and a fixing jig (33) for fixing the support plate (30) to the form. The fixing jig (33) supports the support plate (30) while the support plate (30) is disposed above the form (10) with the spacer (31) therebetween.
