FLAT PACK MODULAR BUILDING ELEMENTS
A method for constructing a wall having a plurality of abutting building elements in a staggered adjacent layer alignment is described, the method comprising aligning an appropriate number of building components (1,13) in an abutting arrangement to form a first layer (31) of the wall; positioning a first connector (15) in a channel member (4,5,14) of the building components; positioning a second connector (19) above the first connector (15) in each channel member (4,5,14) of the building components; aligning an appropriate number of abutting building components to form a second (32) and any subsequent layers of the wall by engaging the second connector (19) with the appropriate channel members (4,5,14) to stagger the layers (31,32); upper (29a) and side covers are affixed after a required number of layers have been constructed.
