The electroosmosis adhesion reduction system positive electrode module comprises an insulating part, a positive electrode and a conduction part. The insulating part comprises a through hole; the positive electrode is mounted in the through hole, and one end of the positive electrode extends out of the through hole; the conduction part is electrically connected to the other end of the positive electrode; and at least part of the conduction part is located on the outer side of the through hole.
