The present invention relates to the technical field of cement kiln energy saving and emission reduction. Disclosed are a rare earth energy-saving admixture for a cement kiln and a blending method therefor. In the present invention, under the condition of making no changes or making few changes to existing hardware devices, the addition amount of the rare earth energy-saving admixture is calculated by performing thermotechnical diagnosis on a production system, thereby reducing heat consumption of the production system, reducing nitrogen and sulfur emission, and saving the retrofitting and technical improvement costs of a large hardware device.
