Abstract A hand held shower head configured to deliver a continuous dose of water dispersed treatment from a water disintegratable treatment source, the shower head including: a hollow body having water inlet opening and water outlet, the water outlet defined by a perforated plate, and a mesh formation disposed within the hollow body between the water inlet opening and the perforated plate, wherein the water inlet opening, hollow body and perforated plate are configured to create in use a pressurised turbulent water flow within the hollow body prior to exiting through the perforated plate, whereby a water disintegratable tablet treatment source introduced into the hollow body prior to use, is then agitated by the turbulent water flow against the mesh in an abrading manner and thereby dispersed into the water flow exiting the perforated plate. A water distintegratable tablet comprising emulsifier, thickening agent, surfactants, oil and rheology modifier is also disclosed.
